“Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora” is a game that draws us into beautiful landscapes and interesting missions, this fantastic world we can get to know thanks to James Cameron. Get ready for a journey through Navii. If you are a fan of games like Far Cry or Assassin’s Creed, then “Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora” will give you an unforgettable experience. The production was built on the foundations of the well-known Far Cry series, but at the same time it stands out enough to boast its own identity.
What is the mechanics of the Avatar game based on?
The game has to offer us a vast open world, covering the Western Frontier of the previously unexplored continent of Pandora. It features, among other things, the Kinglor Forest, which is a vibrant jungle, vast steppes, as well as the Cloud Forest in the west, full of mystery.
We can traverse the Western Outskirts on foot, which is made even more attractive by the incredible strength and agility of our character, thanks to which he can, among other things, make long jumps.
A much better idea, however, is to use mounts; the latter we have to tame, and then establish a lifelong physical bond with them, (Just like in the Avatar series movies) referred to by the local peoples as tsaheylu. While on land we can travel on the backs of horse-like darklings (pa’li in the Na’vi language), a faster and more spectacular way of getting around Pandora is provided by climbing onto the back of one of the mountain bane (called ikranes by the natives) and then taking to the air and gliding through the skies.
We can both operate in stealth and use traditional Na’vi weaponry, led by bows, javelins and traps, or attack enemies frontally, making use of more destructive weapons, such as shotguns and assault rifles.
Can we play Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora online?
Of course, we can traverse the world alone or with another player in cooperative mode over the Internet. It is worth noting that the cooperative mode is not available from the very beginning of the game, but only after completing the first few story tasks.
What are the mechanics and gameplay like?
