Which class is the best in Deep Rock Galactic
Deep Rock Galactic we have a choice of 4 classes that we can choose for ourselves to suit our style of play. Each class is unique in some way. It has its advantages and disadvantages in cooperative mode and solo play but nevertheless some classes are superior to others, making them the best. The best class for the first fire is the scout.
Tier S SCOUT
The best class for co-op because of its invaluable signal gun as well as the high critical damage it inflicts on its opponents, for solo play it also fits in perfectly because of its mobility and quick movement between caves and resource gathering.
Focusing on speed is essential as you will want to limit actual combat encounters. He lacks firepower compared to other dwarf classes which is his only drawback but this can be made up for with special refuelling as well as weapon upgrades. Once you put it all together our scout becomes a killing machine as well as the fastest mineral gatherer of all dwarves.
Tier A GUNNER
Despite the lack of mobility and lighting like our scout, the gunner is absolutely brutal dwarf dealing damage with his minigun and other primary weapons that can tear apart all enemies. He is the only class able to traverse the caves solo slowly at his own pace without worrying about ammunition or enemies in the way because even if 20 or 50 enemies stand in our way the gunner will have bullets for each one.
In hard moments of the game the weapon will overheat or we will have to save our companion. It has a shield that will not let the enemies pass to us and we will be able to assess the situation whether to run away from a given position or to blow up our enemies with grenades which, when released, leave our enemies in shreds. The last advantage is the rope which, although a small magazine, will allow us as well as companions to pass through the caves faster.
Tier B ENGINEER
Another strong overall class whose setup is effective in both DRG solo and cooperative gameplay. The engineer has some of the best weapons in the game for clearing waves, such as the deadly grenade launcher, which is simple but effective against enemies. To help combat enemies who survive the initial blast, you can build a turret that can also watch your back and alert you to incoming threats.
With this equipment, the Engineer is fantastic at maintaining the location, which is a common theme in DRG missions, where they achieve excellent results. Although it initially lacks a fantastic mobility tool, as it requires several key upgrades and considerable practice in advanced levels of the game, the platform cannon can block fall damage and allows you or your team to create a permanent staircase to ascend and descend safely.
Tier C DRILLER
The Driller is an attractive option, given the multiplayer gameplay and its large contribution to the games. This is thanks to its deadly main weapon, which provides significant damage, area of effect and crowd control, depending on your choice, and associated upgrades that can be customized for a given mission.
The damage inflicted by the drills continues to be inflicted by the satchel charges and enhanced electric drills, which also act as its mobility site for clearing terrain. Although on the surface these drills seem simple compared to other mobility tools, in practice they can move both up and down caves with ease, while creating a steady path for any retreat needs.
The Drill’s drawbacks are limited, but it is on the weaker side until you get some key equipment upgrades, especially with its secondary weapons, to reach its potential.
CONCLUSION
That’s all about our 4 dwarves everyone is special but only one is the best let the board be proud of you and remember even an inferior class can in your hands become the best rock and stone
